Since all orders are custom-made, your approval is required before final production. After approval, changes cannot be made. However, feel free to ask our sales team for assistance if needed.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and location of the delivery. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Local delivery (for an additional fee) and free local pick-up are available upon request.

We create apparel for almost any sport or team. We've worked with traditional sports like baseball, basketball, and football, as well as unique sports teams. We've made custom apparel for Osceola Anglers, softball/baseball teams, and even ice skating teams!

Absolutely! You can fill out our quote form with the details of your project, and we’ll get back to you with pricing. Feel free to upload artwork or photos to help us give an accurate estimate.

Yes! You can upload your artwork, logo, or even inspiration photos when requesting a quote or placing an order. We accept most file types and can help clean up or digitize your design if needed.

Turnaround times vary by product:
Paper products & signage: 3–5 business days
Custom apparel: 10–14 business days (after artwork approval)
Promotional items: 7–14 business days (depending on quantity)
